As a DevOps and Agile evangelist, he has shaped industry dialogue, including founding the Agile Software Architecture Symposium in the Netherlands, while guiding organizations toward streamlined, effective development workflows through his consulting and Customer Success expertise.

Fuelled by a passion for nature, Sander co-founded the Balean Foundation in 2024.
